Handmade Memorial Pieces
Because every memorial piece is made by hand specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Digital Downloads
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

Grief Companioning Sessions
By booking a grief companioning session you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined on our Grief Support page. Grief companioning is a supportive presence and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Shipping
