Where It Started

Before Wing & Bloom there was Rebel.

He was my German Shepherd, my first friend, and my constant companion from the time I was five years old. When I was thirteen, Rebel was badly injured. I was told that even with amputation, he would never have the same quality of life, and that letting him go was the kindest choice.

I can still see him walking away at the vet, turning to look back at me one last time. Losing him stayed with me. He wasn’t just a pet; he was part of my childhood, my closest friend, and the one who had always been there.

But alongside the grief came guilt, the kind that returns in quiet moments. I wondered if I had made the right choice, if there had been another way, if we could have had more time.

Years later, after more losses, I came to understand how deeply pets shape our lives, and how lonely their absence can feel. Anyone who has loved a pet through a difficult goodbye may understand that ache: love, guilt, and grief all tangled together, with nowhere to put any of it.

That is why Wing & Bloom exists. Because Rebel deserves to be remembered. Because that love deserves to be remembered. And because I know I am not the only one who has walked out of a vet clinic feeling completely alone.

Where Grief Finds Rest

When we lose a pet, we lose something that cannot be replaced. Not just their presence — but the weight of them beside us, the sound of them, the particular way they made our world feel whole.

A handmade memorial is not just an object, it is a place for that grief to land. Something to hold on the days when the loss feels fresh again, when you need to feel close to them. A photo, their name, their dates, words that only you would know to choose — woven together into something you can reach for.

Memory lives in the hands as much as the heart. That is why I make every piece by hand — because something made with care, made specifically for them, carries a weight that nothing else ever could.

These pieces exist to give your love somewhere to live. And to give you something to hold when you need a hug from them.

How I Work

Clean & Personal

Each piece is kept simple and intentional — no clutter, no excess. Just the details that matter most to you and the one you loved.

Made to Last

These aren't decorations. They're made to be kept for decades, passed down, and cherished long after the grief softens.

Honest Materials

I work with hydrostone, resin and concrete — materials that are durable, beautiful and worthy of what they're meant to hold.

Made Around You

Every piece starts with your pet, your words, your memories. Nothing is generic. Everything is built around who they were to you.

My approach is soft, simple, and heartfelt. I’m drawn to quiet details, meaningful words, and keepsakes that feel personal without feeling busy.

Whether someone comes here to remember a pet, preserve their story, or find support after loss, my hope is that Wing & Bloom feels like a calm place to begin.
