Refunds & Returns

Because every piece is made by hand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If something is wrong with your piece
In the rare event that something is wrong with your piece due to an error in the making, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order through our Contact page and we will make it right. Each situation will be considered individually and with care.

If your piece is damaged in shipping
In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution you are happy with.

Digital downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads are non-refundable once purchased and accessed.

Grief companioning sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time and we will be happy to rebook you. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
