By accessing this website or placing an order with Wing & Bloom, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, care, and a respectful experience for all.

1. Custom & Handcrafted Nature

All Wing & Bloom memorials are handcrafted to order. Because each piece is created individually, slight variations in colour, texture, and placement are natural and part of the artistry. These differences do not constitute defects.

Personalized items cannot be altered once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

2. Ash Inclusion

For memorials that include ashes:

• Only a small amount of ashes is required
• Mailing instructions will be provided privately by email after purchase
• Ashes are handled with dignity, care, and respect at all times
• Any remaining ashes will be returned if requested

Once ashes are received, your memorial enters production and the order becomes non-refundable.

3. Photos & Personal Information

Customers are responsible for providing clear photos and accurate personal details (names, dates, messages).
Please email photos to info@wingandbloom.com after purchase.

Wing & Bloom is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

4. Processing Time

Each piece is created by hand and requires time to properly set, finish, and seal.

• Typical processing time: 2–3 weeks
• This timeline begins once all required details are received
• Shipping time is separate from production time

If you require a piece by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of memorial pieces:

• Custom orders are final sale
• Digital products (journals, downloads) are non-refundable
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

6. Shipping

Wing & Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Wing & Bloom cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen from doorsteps, mailrooms, or unsecured locations.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery address or requesting signature delivery for added peace of mind.

Tracking information will be provided by email when your item ships.

7. Care & Placement

Memorials are sealed for preservation and may be displayed:

• Indoors
• Outdoors in sheltered areas

Avoid placing in direct standing water or harsh weather for extended periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and images on this site are the property of Wing & Bloom.
They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you.
Your information will never be sold or shared.
